Permission for reproduction is only granted for the use of the training resources, materials and tools for individual use by purchasers of the training in the situation of use with their clients. Such permission does not include the sharing of these resources, materials and tools with any other individual, including colleagues in a business. Permission may be granted under special licence or by prior arrangement for this by contacting us. Enrich Australia will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss due to cancellation of a participant’s access to the training program files if it is found or suspected that a breach of its copyright has been made

Enrich Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, partners, associates, staff or contractors do not provide or infer legal, tax or financial advice in any way within or through any of its activities including providing any consulting, support, educational, training or promotional service. Independent legal, financial, tax and/or other relevant advice should be sought before any action is taken or refrained from being taken. While training materials are as current as possible and reviewed at regular intervals, they should not be relied upon to be the most up-to-date information available. Enrich Australia recommends that in some relevant circumstances that training participants use the ATO update subscription service at: http://www.ato.gov.au/subscription   Enrich Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary the program sessions and/or training content in ways which will not affect any allocated CPD points. Where a change in CPD points occurs training participants will be informed of such change. Purchase of the training does not automatically entitle the purchaser to the allocation of CPD points where it is deemed that the submitted assessment has not met standards considered appropriate by the designated Enrich Australia training assessor.

Online Training Booking & Cancellation Policy
: Full payment is required to secure access to the online training. No refund will be paid once payment is received and access to the training files has been supplied to the training participant. In the event that payment has been received and initial online access is not possible due to technical problems with either the Enrich Australia website and this is not rectified within working seven days, a full refund will be made. Enrich Australia will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss due to cancellation of a participant’s access to the training program files if it is found that any breach of its copyright and conditions of use has been made. Information provided in this registration form will be entered into our database for the purpose of processing registrations and payments. We may also use it to provide participants with updates and information on our services. The option to unsubscribe from this service is available at any time.
For conditions in relation to face-to-face programs including workshops, seminars, presentations please see the relevant booking form or agreement document. All conditions in relation to copyright and intellectual property are claimed and retained in relation to these face-to-face situations as apply to the content of other training, including online or electronic in any form, including by phone or internet.

Intellectual property.
All content on Enrich Australia website made available to view is owned by or licensed to Enrich Australia. Service subscribers are permitted to print a hard copy of any material from the website for their personal use or use within their organisation. No downloaded material may be modified or adapted without the written consent of Enrich Australia. In some cases permission will be given for modification or adaptation provided that the source of the original material is identified on every page of the modified or adapted document.
Enrich Australia cannot and does not grant any permission or authority in respect of the copyright on the material owned by other parties which is used on our site, which is posted to our site by others, or which appears at third-party internet sites. We strongly recommend that you seek written permission from the copyright holders before making use of those materials.

In no event will Enrich Australia be liable to the subscriber or any other person for any remote, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages resulting from loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption or damage directly or indirectly caused to computer files through use of the Enrich Australia websites. This limitation will apply even if Enrich Australia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Information contained on this website may be updated, altered or deleted from time to time and Enrich Australia makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or security of the information contained on this site. Subscribers to Enrich Australia’s services may receive communications such as e-newsletters, updates and other material from time to time. The option to remove a subscriber's email from this list may be made by contacting the administrator via the contact page on the homepage.

The service is aimed at Australian professional advisers and not-for-profit organisations, although the information may be of relevance to anyone interested in strategic giving – especially those with a philanthropy vehicle.
In the course of our activities we collect and hold information you provide about yourself or your organisation for the purposes of administering your subscription account, providing you with assistance when requested, contacting you about the Enrich Australia site content and services in which you may be interested, or providing you with consultancy services.
We will only collect personal or organisational information from you that is necessary for one or more of our functions and activities. We will only collect personal or organisational information from you by lawful and fair means, without being unreasonably intrusive.
Information provided EA
Personal or organisational information provided during the course of an assistance request is collected solely for the purpose of servicing the assistance request.
When requesting an assistance service, you have the option of not identifying yourself as an individual, and you have the option of only providing the information that you wish to provide. However, failure to provide full and complete information we request may mean that we are unable to provide assistance services to you fully and properly.
Summary information is kept on all formal assistance provided to subscribers. This information is kept in a secure data base, in a coded filing system that protects the identity of the subscriber from unauthorised access.
Use and disclosure
As a subscriber to EA and related information services your contact details will only be used by Enrich Australia to correspond with you on matters related to your subscription and to notify you of issues related to the activities of EA. It will not be used in any other way nor disclosed to any other person.
If you are registered to use an Enrich Australia service provided through a third party, such as a government department or peak body, this agency may also have access to the contact details you supply when completing the registration process.
We will only use your personal information for the main purpose we told you it was needed for, except where you consent to us using that personal information for another purpose, where the other purpose is related to the main purpose and you would reasonably expect us to use the personal information for that other purpose, or where it is required by law.

We destroy by shredding (physical files) or deleting (electronic data) or permanently de-identify personal information we no longer need. In the case of assistance files, these will be destroyed 8 years after the last client contact.

You need to be aware that any information disclosed in these areas of EA becomes public to the Enrich Australia subscriber population and you should exercise caution and consider your obligations under the privacy and any other relevant laws that operate in your jurisdiction when deciding to disclose your personal or organisational information or other peoples' personal or organisational information.

Cookies   When you visit our website, details may be recorded about your visit, such as time and date, your server address, pages accessed, time spent and type of browser. This information is used in an anonymous form for statistical purposes and as such cannot identify you individually.

Delivery Policy
Electronic access to the Enrich Australia (EA) website and services, products and materials will be delivered on confirmation of payment. In the case of online payment, when confirmation of payment is made through the secure payment gateway, access will be made immediately. In the case where a subscription application form is downloaded and faxed, access will be given on manual confirmation of payment as soon as possible and generally within one day.
